Job Summary

A reputable driving school seeks to employ the services of an office assistant to manage general office duties to ensure office processes run smoothly and correspond with clients.

  • Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)

  • Experience Level: Mid level

  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical duties including but not limited to mailing and filing correspondence, answering phone calls, arrange meetings and manage refreshments.

  • Type correspondence, meeting notes among other documents.

  • Photocopy, scan and file appropriate documents.

  • Maintain accurate records and enter dates.

  • Answer customer questions and forward complaints.

  • Organize filing system.

  • Perform additional duties when required.

 

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum SHS certificate or higher.

  • Previous experience in a related field an advantage.

  • Self driven individual with excellent customer care and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, professional appearance.

  • Excellent typing, organizational and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Good team player.
